Background: Small bowel neuroendocrine tumors (sbNETs) incidence is on the rise. Given that sbNETS are often multifocal with high risk of regional nodal metastasis, open resection with lymphadenectomy is the gold standard approach as it offers manual palpation of the entire small bowel.
